Ashley Stewart is an athlete and Certified Personal Trainer providing Online Personal Training services to clients in the United States. At the age of 17, Ashley began experiencing anxiety attacks and used fitness as a way to cope, realizing it provided a healthy outlet for stress. Her passion for fitness increased over the years as she realized she wasn’t the only one to experience stress relief through movement. She has since committed her career to helping others feel better about themselves through fitness, creating healthy habits to combat negative feelings.

What do you get at Kardiá?

My number one priority is to help you feel good about yourself!

Kardiá is Greek for “heart,” as in your essence or your being. Fitness is central to who I am and is part of my everyday life. I believe one’s health effects every aspect of their life, and that once you get your health under control you will see improvement in other areas as well. This is why I have committed my career to helping others prioritize their health to not only feel good and gain confidence about their bodies, but to elevate the rest of their lives as well.

What is Online Personal Training?

Online Personal Training is the most efficient, cost-effective way to receive one-on-one attention for your fitness needs. You have the flexibility to workout whenever and wherever it is most convenient for you, while I handle everything that goes into building your workouts. You will receive custom workouts each week that align with your goals through TrueCoach, an online portal and app that allows me to create workouts for you, complete with demo videos for each movement. You may then comment on said workouts to let me know how you did. This helps me continue to create effective workouts for you.

My approach to personal training is simple - to help my clients feel good. I work one-on-one with individuals of all ages, identifying areas where they need and want to improve, then designing a custom program to accommodate that individual. We take past experience with exercise into account, as well as current lifestyle and nutrition habits. Workouts may be done without any type of gym equipment, and you will have the flexibility to complete workouts at the time of day that is most convenient for you.

As far as credentials go, I currently possess a CrossFit L-1 certificate, am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and have been training athletes since 2016. When designing an exercise program, I keep in mind the practices and procedures I have learned from these institutions and pay close attention to new fitness philosophies as they form. I also believe it is important to keep learning. Thus, I attempt to surround myself with individuals who know more than me so that I can soak up some of their knowledge.

  1. I have played the piano for 15+ years. While I don't get to play as much as I’d like anymore, it is still one of my favorite hobbies (besides fitness).

  2. I can’t get anywhere without Google maps and frequently get lost going places I’ve been a million times.

  3. I am the oldest of five children.

  4. I love pranks, but they frequently backfire on me.
