February Fitness Challenge - Daily Mobility Practices


Registration for the February Fitness Challenge is live! This month we will be focusing on full-body mobility, with daily mobility exercises you can do right at home. We will address the hips, shoulders, upper and lower back, wrists, ankles, and more. You will receive exercises to address issues from head to toe, without the need for fancy mobility tools. Movements will include variations of common yoga poses, exercises pulled from FRC gurus and physical therapists, all with the goal of improving how your body moves and feels.

Coach Ashley will be leading a group of 15 people through this challenge, teaching them how to increase their mobility and feel better. Stiffness, soreness, and cranky joints will improve, as will your ability to perform in workouts. Additionally, the winner of this challenge will receive 2 FREE weeks of online personal training from Coach Ashley.

What you get with the challenge:

  • 1 month’s worth of mobility learning. Exercises will be scheduled 5 days per week, with weekends reserved for make-up days or a creative blend of your choice of movements.

  • Simple movements that do not require fancy mobility equipment, that can be completed in 30 minutes or less

  • Head-to-toe mobility exercises that can be done anytime, anywhere. They work great as an addition to your morning routine, prepping your body for activity. They may also be done at night, as a way to calm your body before bed

  • Access to TrueCoach, an online training software and app that allows Coach Ashley to write programs for you and upload demo videos, so that you know exactly what you need to do each and every day

  • Full access to Coach Ashley for any and all questions. She will also serve as your personal accountability partner, checking in periodically to make sure things are going well

  • Access to a private Facebook group where you can interact further with Coach Ashley and the other members of the challenge
