What is Online Personal Training?
Online Personal Training is the ability to workout on your own time, with an expert leading you in the right direction. You choose when you want to workout and where, while your coach gives you a workout plan that fits your needs and goals. Each week, you will have a set number of individualized workouts to complete. Your coach is there for any questions or concerns you may have along the way, and all new movements will be communicated via video so that you know exactly what you need to do every day.
