The 3-Day Online Personal Training Membership offers extreme flexibility while still providing one-on-one attention from Coach Ashley. A custom fitness plan will be created for you, taking into account your abilities, needs, and goals, while providing you with the convenience to complete workouts when they best fit into your schedule. Whether you are just starting your fitness journey, working around a hectic schedule, or wanting to supplement another sport such as running, you can make each workout count in this program without disrupting your current schedule. This membership includes:

  • Initial Skype interview and movement assessment to determine your current and desired fitness levels, weaknesses and strengths, and goals

  • 3 1-hour workouts per week, personally designed for you, your needs, and the equipment you have available.

  • An all around blend of cardio, strength, and skill to give you a well-balanced training program

  • Access to TrueCoach, an online portal that tracks workouts and progress

  • Warm-ups and cool-downs for every workout

  • Video submission option - evaluation and feedback on how your form is looking
